The blade is shaped and finished by hand for lasting sharpness; and the handle is made from oak grown at Diddly Squat Farm, bringing a direct connection to the farmland that inspires everything we do. Care:

Not suitable for the dishwasher, rinse blades under running water and dry with a soft cloth. Do not soak the handles. As oak is a natural material, each handle is unique in colour, grain, and texture.
